Requests for grants must come from organizations that are tax-exempt under IRS Section 501(c)(3). The Foundation’s normal policy is not to make gifts toward annual or operational expenses or through a fiscal sponsor. Most of our funding is in the Greater Richmond area. You may apply to see if your organization meets our eligibility requirements and whether you may submit a letter of inquiry or a full grant application. Paper proposals are no longer accepted.
