Warehouse Department Manager – Nights

Night Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8 PM to 5:30 AM

Position Responsibilities 

Manage day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers.

Provide hands-on leadership and development for a team of 40 warehouse personnel.

Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations.

Monitor warehouse performance and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree a plus.

3+ years of warehouse experience.

Supervisory experience within a high volume, fast paced distribution environment preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
