NOW HIRING: Ventilator Nurse

7pm-7am Full-time

Ventilator Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care to residents who are dependent on ventilators, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Monitor and manage ventilator settings and equipment, making necessary adjustments based on residents' conditions.
• Perform regular assessments of respiratory function and overall health, documenting findings and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and respond to any respiratory emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and their families on ventilator care and health management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies related to ventilator care.
• Maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Ventilator Nurse Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
• RN certification in NJ
• Serious Applicants
