Salary: $18.00 - $22.00/hr

Realty Kings Properties is seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator for their real estate office in the Galleria Area. Minimum 1yr real estate experience is required. Must be able to work independently and get things done. Some weekends are required.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Review and verify that each document is properly signed and dated.
  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
  • Provide consistent, quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close a real estate sale.
  • Assist buyers with acquiring loan approvals.
  • Prepare Buyer Orientation Packets and counsel buyers on the home purchase process.
  • Assist with setup and marketing of listings.
  • Prepare CMA's and Market Reports for Buyers and Sellers.
  • Type and Review Contract offers for Buyers.
  • Create and edit marketing materials.
  • Maintain client database.
  • Maintain company calendar.
  • Able to handle 20 to 30 transactions at any one time.
  • Track and process payrolls and CDAs for agents and team members.
  • Run errands as needed
  • Be "on call" after hours and weekends for client needs.
  • Display personal competencies such as strong communication skills, problem solving, good decision-making abilities, integrity, resourcefulness, creativity, assertiveness, flexibility, willingness to complete projects not outlined in the initial job description and attention to detail

We are only seeking people that want a future in real estate. Experience on the admin or sales side of the real estate industry and knowledge of Texas Real Estate contracts is required. Must be open to acquiring real estate license (company sponsored) if not currently licensed. Hiring Immediately. Pay based on experience.
