At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to work in Midland, MI.

\n Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr based on experience
\n Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
\n6 month contract- March - September
\n
\n Specialist - Learning & Development:
\n• Coordinating a proactive and effective training program to meet business, function, and individual training goals, reporting to the Training Coordinator.
\n• Developing and maintaining training certifications by creating, updating, and assigning training curricula and courses.
\n• Assisting employees in troubleshooting issues with training tools and ensuring they have access to necessary learning resources.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have an Associate (2 year) degree or higher, with a preference for experience in learning management systems and/or training applications.
\n• Possess strong PC skills to access, input, and extract information between software systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
\n• Are self-motivated with strong communication skills, both written and oral, and can manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
