We're looking for employees who want to become part of our CIB Team! We are seeking a Teller to join us and work, and float, as needed at our CIB branches. Our branches are conveniently located in St. Louis Park, Plymouth, Hopkins, and Robbinsdale.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, a Bank Teller must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process paying and receiving functions
• Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and refer them to bankers for appropriate products and services
• Accepts and process payments
• Issues Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Gift cards, and Travel cards.
• Balancing of teller drawers and machines
• Process coin orders, and coin charges
• Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds
• Answer phone inquiries
• Balance the ATM
• Process cash advances.
• Perform other activities as requested

REQUIREMENTS

Customer service & cash handling experience, exceptional customer service skills & good figure aptitude. Must be flexible & available Monday - Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school graduate or GED

Previous cash handling work experience preferred

Basic math proficiency and aptitude

Dedication to providing excellent customer service

Dedicated and satisfactory attendance/punctuality
