Preferred Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in working with ESRI platform (ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x/10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server and SDE on Oracle). At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP .Net. At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services & web services. At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills. Analytical skills. Experience in the Utilities domain. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
