Job Description

We are a repair shop in WEST LA looking for a qualified candidate to repair electronics devices.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of six months of experience trouble shooting and repairing electronic devices including today's most popular smartphones, tablets, and other devices. Must have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer proficiency, both hardware and software. Ability to work well in a team environment and be a collaborative team player. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to perform well in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.

Key Duties:

• Repair cell phones, tablets, and other devices as needed. Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company's quality standards and are completed within the expected time frames.
• Familiar with tools, testing equipment, safety and troubleshooting of devices.
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service
• Keep track of inventory and devices.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of repair stations.
• Maintain positive work environment.
• Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts.
• Reassemble complete device.
• Support productivity by ensuring all request are handled in a timely manner
• Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high quality work

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in electronics, or other technical degree preferred.
• Vision/hand-eye coordination to perform repairs
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Water damage repair experience
• Candidate should know how to disassemble and reassemble:
• iPhone 5 and newer.
• iPad 2 and newer.
• Samsung Galaxy S series, 4 and newer.
• Samsung Galaxy Note series 2 and newer.
• Computer Literate. Familiar with Microsoft office or Google docs.
• A+ Certification a plus
• Apple certifications a plus.
• This position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products.
• This position requires lifting 10-20# on a regular and frequent basis and 50# on an occasional basis.
• This position requires the employee to handout flyers at times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

FULL TIME POSITION: 50 hrs per week ONLY
