Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Austin, TX office. Stanley Consultants is actively working in the Water / Wastewater Market in Texas and needs additional leadership to maintain our current market presence while assisting our existing team to build Stanley’s water market presence. In doing so, this position will lead and deliver water, wastewater, and groundwater projects in the State of Texas. This individual will be responsible for the development and management of all aspects of municipal water and wastewater utility system project planning, design, and services during construction.
The Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager will have a Texas network of water/wastewater related connections and regional expertise in one or more of the following:

Stanley’s Approach to Flexibility
While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home. Eligible roles can also offer a compressed workweek schedule. Members who participate will be assigned a 9/80 work schedule, meaning every other Friday off!
