We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Customer Management ABAP SAP Quality Management Testing and SAP Risk Management (RiMa). This role involves overseeing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving the companys success and making a positive impact on society.

Job Level: Manager

Location: Austin, TX.

• Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion ensuring all project goals are met.
• Oversee the development and implementation of SAP Customer Management ABAP solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team in SAP Quality Management Testing.
• Ensure that all SAP Risk Management (RiMa) processes are followed and risks are mitigated.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Provide training and support to team members on SAP-related tasks.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.

• Possess a strong background in SAP Customer Management ABAP.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP Quality Management Testing.
• Have extensive experience in SAP Risk Management (RiMa).
• Exhibit excellent project management skills including planning execution and monitoring.
• Show strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Display a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Hold a relevant certification in project management or SAP.
• Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Show a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
• Exhibit leadership skills and the ability to empower a team.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) SAP Certified Application Associate
• SAP Logistic OR Finance background will be preferred
• Strong project management / Program management experience.
• Experience of managing SAP development / Implementation projects
• Certification - PMI / Prince 2 (Preferred)
