Job Description

Requirements:

• 5 or more years experience in SAP Basis Administration position.
• Proficiency in SAP CRM BASIS, SAP BW, or SAP Portals.
• Experience in tuning SAP programs for performance improvements.
• Experience with SAP software installations and system copies.
• Experience in monitoring and managing SAP system performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance SAP Basis systems, including installations and migrations.
• Optimize SAP program performance and perform system copies.
• Track and improve SAP system performance and resolve issues.
• Keep detailed logs of activities and respond to requests within 24 hours.
• Update project administrators regularly and manage time sheets accurately.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and address concerns.
• Complete tasks and training assignments within given deadlines.
