\n \n Schedule Details: \nOur Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday will start at 7:30am-7:45am and end when client interaction is complete. You will be assigned a 5-day schedule following completion of training, based on business needs.
\n \n Additional Responsibilities Include: \nEngage with potential owners and present luxury vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.
\nPromote a positive team environment and implement HGV core values and policies.
\nMaintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
\nCollaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
\nAttend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.
\nGenerate referral leads with each new customer.

\n What are we looking for.... \nHilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
\nMinimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with shown ability to close sales.
\nAbility to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
\nAbility to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
\nAbility to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
\nAbility to meet all compensation plan goals.
\nFluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) and Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.
\nIt would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\nPrevious experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
\nCurrent Hawaii Real Estate license holder.
\n\n
