The Sales Compensation Analyst will serve as the main point of contact for all sales commission activities, supporting the SportsEngine Go-to-Market teams.

In collaboration with key leaders, help develop, modify, and implement sales compensation structures and incentive programs that align with company goals. 

Using advanced techniques, analyze sales performance data and compensation metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations. 

Oversee sales compensation management systems and related reporting, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting clarity, and timely distribution of commissions, bonuses/SPIFs, and sales contest payouts.

In collaboration with HR and Legal teams, ensure compensation plans comply with legal requirements and maintain policies and procedures documentation. 

Issue and track all commission-related documents to commissionable employees and managers; maintain all relevant commission plan templates and executed agreements. 

This role may be expected to support non-compensation-related analysis projects as needed. 

A successful Sales Compensation Analyst will quickly build a deep understanding of the business and effectively communicate results and present recommendations to leadership team members.
