Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced route driver to join our team! In this role, you will deliver salt on a route, service, or repair water treatment equipment in residences or commercial establishments.

Do you have past experience in with a delivery route? We can train the right person to perform water treatment system service in a technician role. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Top off water softener salt, repair or service water softeners and conditioning.(Training provided to the right candidate)
• Maintain safe driving habits in compliance with Titan standard and state and local laws.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Test systems or tubing joints or connections for leaks
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Qualifications:

• Past route experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 lb bags of salt
• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Clean background
• Exceptional customer services skills
• Time management
