Our top real estate agency is currently looking for a Part-Time Editor to assist in our processes with our current videographer. The ideal candidate will work mostly remote with the opportunity to possibly meet in person once a month or less.

This position will be on a case-by-case basis but hours will be given weekly. Hours can range anywhere from 10 hours a week to 30 hours a week depending on how busy our agency is. We have 5 different YouTube channels and create content nearly weekly on every channel so a majority of the editing will be for long-form content but the hope is that short-form ideas can be generated as well.

The hours will be completely flexible and on your own, however, there will be deadlines set for specific videos to be completed. Our current process is our videographer films, cuts, and completes the majority of the video itself. The editor then comes in and adds finishing touches such as B-roll, headlines/text, engaging transitions, and more. Your creativity here will be at full display in hopes that you can make the videos that much more appealing to our audiences!

Responsibilities

•Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way
•Edit and manipulate videos to produce high quality results

Qualifications

•Real estate content experience is a huge plus but we are also willing to train with the right person
•Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects
•Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must
•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
