We provide you with access to efficient tools such as a contract-to-close liaison, marketing and prospecting aids, weekly meetings, script development and practice drills, pre-screened leads and database organization, and a welcoming and family-oriented atmosphere.

$70,000 - $130,000 commission based

• Close for agreements and conduct a high-level fiduciary needs analysis
• Effectively negotiate, open, and close deals
• Develop expert knowledge regarding the housing market, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
• Maintain database by consistently updating client profiles
• Tour homes with clients
• Host weekly open houses
• Communicate with your admin team on a daily basis to keep transactions on track
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Conduct high-level consultations with clients to educate them on the market

• A Real Estate license is required!
• MUST BE LOCAL TO THE SAN ANTONIO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED!
