We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Southington, Connecticut!
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner APRN-CNP and PMHNP for practice in Connecticut
Can commute to the Southington, CT location

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with external providers
Conducts outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provides ongoing medication management
Provides ongoing services to assigned caseload of patients including children, adolescents, and adults
Communicate, collaborate and coordinate care with colleagues, external providers and referral sources
Ability to use technology effectively to maintain HIPAA compliance, accurate documentation, and professional repour
