Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this position will lead the development efforts around prospect identification, management and research to support the ambitious fundraising goals set for the Essentia Foundation across the health system. The Program Director will refine and develop processes and workflows to dramatically increase discovery and lead generation for all revenue generating streams in the Foundation.

Education Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of progressive responsibility in prospect research in medical or academic setting
• Expertise with tools including Lexis-Nexis, Iwave, Wealth Engine SEC statements, ACRIS and Foundation Center/Guidestar
• Experience with BBCRN required.
• Excellent writing, research analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau

Compensation Range: $69285 - $103938 / year
