Are you an experienced leader with a passion for production and team management? Our client is looking for a Supervisor to drive efficiency and quality on the manufacturing floor while providing support and leadership to the team.
Job title: Production Supervisor
Location: Eastlake
Shift: 3rd (midnight to 8 am)
Salary: $24 plus based on experience
Job duties:

• Manage and guide team to meet performance expectations
• Ensure safe, secure and healthy work environment
• Enter data into computer system
• Assist in training and onboarding of new associates
• As needed assist in the operation of CNC, Extrusion, Winding and Boxing machines
• As needed quality check parts with gages and other measuring tools

• Previous supervisor experience
• Previous CNC, Extrusion, Winding or Boxing machine experience a plus
• Good computer skills
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work alone. Must be able to be a self-starter and have strong work ethics
• Ability to meet deadlines and have good organization skills
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
