job summary:
Large manufacturing company is seeking a Production Scheduler for their facility in Arkansas. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production processes to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. This role requires organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage production schedules, optimize workflow, and address any production-related issues.

responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing efficiency.

• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., purchasing, production, quality control) to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

• Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess inventory and reduce waste.

• Assess production capacity and identify potential constraints.

• Communicate production schedules and changes to production teams, management, and customers.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
