Primary Care Physician - Memphis, TN

Our client offers the following: 

• $260,000+ plus bonus structure
• PTO: 33 days
• Health, Dental, Vision and supplemental benefits plans
• 401K - 5.5% match
• CME $3,500

Responsibilities:

• M-F 7:30-5:00 PM
• Administrative time included in schedule to ensure work/life balance
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Small patient panel
• Independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in the older adult patient.
• Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes and will appropriately seek consultation from specialists when needed, though will still stay involved in, and be responsible for, the detailed care of the patient.
• Leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.

Requirements:

• BC/BE in FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Open to Residents and Fellows
• Open to Visa Candidates
• Current DEA Number for Schedule II-V controlled substances
