What will you be doing?

Plant Manager is responsible for the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, operations, and shipping.
The Plant Manager will provide direction to supervisors, offering professional expertise and monitoring performance to ensure that departmental and individual objectives are achieved.
Motivate employees to perform at, or above, expected levels while maintaining a safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures

What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a plant manager.
Great interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate others.
Metalworking experience is a plus.
