Our client, a leading organization in the education industry, is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join their team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a growth mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $16.48 per hour

What's the Job?

• Provide operational support to various departments
• Assist with project management tasks
• Utilize Salesforce, Smartsheet, and MS Office to complete tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Problem solve and ask questions to ensure successful completion of tasks

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years' experience with customer success, project management, operations, or similar role
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and ask questions
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
