Job Description
We are currently seeking a part time On-site Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
The maintenance technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex. Duties may include but are not limited to:
Minor to moderate level plumbing, electrical, carpentry and masonry.
Replacement, repair or installations of hardware, fixture, appliances, security and safety devices and locks.
Repair of walls, floors and other interior and exterior structural features and communal areas including painting
Cleaning and routine maintenance of Air Conditioning units
Cleaning the grounds, disposing of trash.
Overall landscaping, trimming, planting.
Inspecting and ensuring proper functioning of fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits.
Track and inventory supplies.
Coordinate with property manager, prioritize work orders and schedule with tenants.
24-hour maintenance emergency availability required.
