Job Overview :
The Military Systems Analyst supports analysis, design, and development processes of military systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a foundational understanding of military operations, command and control (C2) systems, and systems analysis within an Army or Joint Capability Development framework.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the analysis and development of military systems, focusing on the integration and enhancement of command and control (C2) capabilities.
• Conduct requirements determination, operational architecture development, and systems analysis to support military and joint operations.
• Support the design and implementation of processes that enhance automation and apply data-driven insights for improved decision-making.
• Collaborate with Senior Military System Analysts to map and improve processes, applying data and statistical analysis.
• Contribute to Red Teaming/Alternative Analysis initiatives, exploring and assessing alternative concepts and solution approaches.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, technology, or engineering) from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in military service, preferably with experience in operations above the brigade level.
• Basic understanding of Army and Joint C2 systems and capabilities, including Cyber and Space considerations.
• Experience or familiarity with systems analysis, requirements determination, and operational architecture development.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Experience in task leadership or team coordination within military development or capability improvement projects.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
• Active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
