Job Description:

About Us:

We are a leading manufacturer specializing in various water features. Our engineering team is dedicated to designing and developing innovative water pump systems. We value stability, offering a consistent Monday-Friday day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and test new products, specifically water pumps and systems.
• Utilize SolidWorks for design projects.
• Apply knowledge of hydraulics, fluid dynamics, pump curves, head, velocity, pressure drop, friction loss, and NPSHr in design processes.
• Design both propeller and impeller pumps and related nozzle discharges.
• Source parts and materials and develop Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Improve existing products and design molded components.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design with a focus on hydraulics.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Knowledgeable in materials (various metals and plastics).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Plumbing and electrical experience.
• Experience in electrical components, construction, and/or maintenance services.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
