Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at Galerie Living! The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and managing websites via WordPress. This role is crucial for increasing our online presence and ensuring our senior living communities are prominently featured in search results, attracting potential residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO and SEM Management:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and ad campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on search rankings, traffic, and ROI of SEO and SEM efforts.

Website Management:

  • Update and maintain the company's website using WordPress.
  • Ensure that the website is user-friendly and up-to-date with the latest information about our services and facilities.
  • Implement content updates, enhancements, and landing pages within WordPress to support marketing and promotional efforts.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content optimized for SEO.
  • Assist in the development and management of the editorial calendar to ensure that content is timely, relevant, and engaging.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and other relevant tools to analyze and report on website and campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure that marketing strategies align with company goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall marketing and business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in SEO, SEM, and managing websites through WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, and WordPress.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
