Hire Type: Direct Hire

Salary Range : $45k-$52k

Summary : The Machine Operator - Screen Printing is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing machinery. This role ensures the production of high-quality silkscreened products by performing troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on screen printing machinery.
• Monitor line operations to ensure safety, quality, and production standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain necessary documentation.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures for production lines.
• Execute color and material changes independently.
• Plan production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
• Identify mechanical issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for improvements.
• Perform screen changes and troubleshoot print quality issues.
• Maintain production efficiency and work to reduce scrap.
• Train and assist team members as needed.
• Operate hand pallet jacks or forklifts as required.
