Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to identify their insurance needs and offer personalized recommendations.

Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their policies, making updates, and addressing any concerns.

Sales Support: Work with clients to understand their coverage options and assist in the decision-making process.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and related documentation.

Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our agency.

Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

Licensing: Active insurance license in Minnesota required.Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals.Professionalism: Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.Drive and Motivation: Strong work ethic and self-motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
