Location: Onsite - Downtown Greenville, SC
Pay: $50K+ based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are representing a prominent Law Firm based in South Carolina. They are looking for you, an experienced Legal Assistant to join their Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting attorneys within a law office environment and will bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to the role.

What you get to do:
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct conflict checks and manage legal transcription/dictation
• Download and organize legal filings and correspondence
• Arrange travel and manage billing and invoice processing
• Provide support across departments as needed

What you need to succeed:

• 4+ years of experience as a legal assistant
• Proficient and accurate typing skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively within a team setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a busy general litigation practice is highly desirable
• Ability to work onsite with flexibility for occasional remote work as needed.
