As an Aurumys Sales Agent, you'll be instrumental in our continued growth, utilizing outbound real estate sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, onboarding investors, conducting analysis and much more.

While experience in residential real estate is certainly a plus, it is not a prerequisite. In fact, the majority of our agents including our best and brightest typically have no real estate experience prior to joining our teams. Our accomplished agents come from a diverse range of backgrounds, including property management, various sales positions, leasing, mortgage, athletics, hospitality, military service, banking, and insurance.

Important Details

• Our Sales Agents must hold an active Florida real estate license, or you should be willing to take the necessary steps to obtain one.
• Similar to traditional real estate agents, our agents operate as independent contractors, working on a 100% commission basis.
• Unlike traditional realtors who may wait months to close their first transaction, our agents can complete a transaction within their first month and should expect to do 25-30 or more transactions in their first year.
