What You’ll Do:
Handle incoming calls from the outside sales team and provide support to ensure a seamless sales process.
Use estimating software to generate accurate quotes and reports for roofing projects.
Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers and insurance adjusters, ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
Work closely with the outside sales team to track progress and report on leads, assessments, and sales.
Play a key role in the sales cycle by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups.
What We Offer:
Base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 plus commission on every roof sold by your team.

What You’ll Need:
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience using estimating software or a willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage appointments and schedules with precision.
A collaborative mindset, as you’ll directly report to and support the outside sales team.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
