XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufac-turing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Leader who will be responsible to manage and oversee the implementation of the Manufacturing strategy for the XNRGY Arizona Site. Reporting to the Arizona Site Leader, this position will be critical to guarantee that all the manufacturing activities and deliverables will be done to ensure a quality launch. As part of your role, you will be planning and executing the design of new innovative manufacturing processes as well as the manufacturing plant. Beyond the implementation of a new manufacturing site, you will help to build a new motived and talented team which will support XNRGY's growth. An overview of your responsibilities: Develop and implement the manufacturing strategy for the XNRGY group with various depart-ments Manage and coordinate activities of engineers involved in studying, planning, and maximizing use of capital, equipment, energy, facilities, materials, and other assets to make products or services Define targets and supervise the execution of projects according to the targets Manage project and departmental budgets with a risk management approach Manage and develop a small talented team with a clear focus on growing people Work in collaboration with Engineering and Operations to develop XNRGY product and pro-duction strategies Implement best practices of manufacturing plants (lean flow, technologies, automation) What you'll need, among other things! Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering Experience managing teams in development of manufacturing solutions for system engineered products Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions Organized, structured and analytical Rigorous with ability to tolerate ambiguity and drive in a collaborative way Strong Leadership, driven and highly motivated in sustainable mobility products Do you have other qualifications?
