Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to provide reception support, with a primary focus on HR Assistant responsibilities at our Folsom office. This role also involves assisting with recruiting coordinator duties. strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this position.
salary: $24 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary receptionist, welcoming visitors and directing calls and inquiries.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail distribution and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with recruiting efforts by posting open positions across various platforms.
- Schedule interviews across departments, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and facilitate the background check process for new hires.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure the seamless movement of candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the hiring process.
