Job Type: Graveyard Hotel Security - Unarmed
Rate: $18 - 20 per hour (based on experience level)
Type: Part-Time (Friday - Sunday 2 PM - 10 PM)
***$250 HIRING BONUS*** Note: The hiring bonus will be paid in two increments. $125 once completing 90 days of employment. $125 once completing 180 days of employment. (must maintain good attendance and no disciplinary issues to qualify).
FireWatch Solutions provides security services tailored to the unique needs of each client to protect their impact on the world. As a member of the Housing Association Security Team, you will be directly responsible for protecting the health and safety of the client.
This is a Protective Service with a Security Team. The Essential Functions Include: - Represent FireWatch Solutions core values of courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
- Maintain assigned post and complete vehicle and foot patrols.
- Maintain proper security posture and access control to ensure the safety of the Housing Association.
- Provide response services related to workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
- Present a tactical law enforcement posture to deter and prevent potential criminal behavior.
- Integrate the information gathered from the camera systems at the access control points to conduct pattern analysis on the vehicles entering the residential areas.
- Provide basic lifesaving techniques, as needed.
- All other duties, as assigned.
- A clean professional appearance is required. FWS will provide all uniforms.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with preferred law enforcement, military, and/or extensive security experience. Minimum age of 24 years old. - Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background investigation.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Qualifications - California Guard Registration Card (Guard Card) is mandatory.
- Law enforcement, military, and/or security experience is preferred.
- Concierge-level customer service experience.
- Strong problem resolution skills.
- Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Software, Smartphone Apps.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Work in environments and under conditions that may require the use of protective gear and devices, and/or awareness of personal safety.

- Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
- Some lifting and moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Good vision and ability to adjust focus.
