Glo is a digital platform for total well-being. We help our members feel their best in body and mind through live and on-demand yoga, meditation, Pilates, and fitness classes taught by mindful movement experts.

About this role:

Glo is launching its new Accountability Coach Program, and we're on the lookout for yoga and meditation teachers to help drive this initiative. In this contracted role, you'll be paired with clients seeking support in building and maintaining a consistent practice. You’ll work virtually with these individuals to understand their goals and craft weekly personalized class plans using Glo’s extensive resources. Your primary responsibility is to ensure clients stay engaged and consistent in their practice. This fully remote position is ideal for those seeking an on-demand role that offers scheduling flexibility. Additionally, you'll gain complimentary access to Glo’s app and website, allowing you to participate in classes led by top yoga, Pilates, and fitness professionals.

Who you are:

• You are a certified yoga teacher with 200+ (RYT) hours certification. Additional health and wellness certifications/background are a plus.
• You have experience with in-person training or teaching.
• You hold a high school degree/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• You can confidently develop weekly programming for clients without any guidance.
• You possess strong communication skills across various mediums, including emailing and texting.
• You have an outgoing, perceptive, and friendly personality combined with integrity and self-confidence.
• You are driven by performance-based incentives. 
• You have an iPhone 8 or newer.
• Any experience with project management tools like Trello or Asana is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Onboarding: Conduct onboarding to gather client goals and needs.
• Plan Creation: Develop weekly custom plans for clients, offering class recommendations tailored to individual needs and progress. Coaches may leverage Glo’s tools to support plan creation.
• Monitoring & Feedback: Monitor clients’ progress using Glo’s dashboard, provide regular check-ins for accountability, and adjust plans based on client feedback.
• Member Engagement: Offer tips, resources, and motivational support to help clients stick to their plans and achieve their wellness goals.

This is a contractor role that is starting immediately. In order to be considered for this role you must currently reside in the U.S. outside of California.
