Now Hiring: Food Service Director for Skilled Nursing Facility!

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Director to lead our team at a premier Skilled Nursing Facility. If you're passionate about providing quality meals and creating a positive dining experience for residents, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and inspect the work of food service staff to ensure excellence in food preparation and service.

Schedule staff shifts, manage payroll data entry, and maintain a smooth workflow in the department.

Order food supplies and equipment while monitoring budgets to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.

Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with bids, ensuring top-notch, efficient service.

Document and track residents' dietetic progress quarterly to meet personalized care plan goals.

Plan and coordinate food preparation for special events, ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional culinary or management qualifications a plus).

Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in large-scale or therapeutic food preparation.

Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

A team player with a passion for delivering quality service and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
