Expected salary range of $106,200 to $118,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
Fleet specialist in curriculum development activities involving the implementation of Constellation&rsquos Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) Model and procedural requirements for the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation that provides guidance to fleetwide instructors for the revision of the operator, technical, maintenance and general nuclear training programs. Provides expertise in analyzing training problems, developing and recommending solutions relative to Nuclear Regulatory Commission ( NRC), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), and the training department requirements to include the following areas: Accreditation, Training System Development, Training Program Effectiveness, and Training Staff Development. Provides governance and oversight of the self-assessment program for the training department.
