Job Title: Field Technician

Position Location: New York City, NY

Department: Field Operations

Type: Part-Time (min 10hrs/week guaranteed)

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr based off experience

Position Overview:

The Field Tech will play a crucial role in maintaining all regional photobooths are fully operating and that all servicing needs are resolved within a prompt timeline. This position will involve traveling around the Orlando region to troubleshoot technical issues and routine paper changes, working along side our support team. The ideal candidate must be self-sufficient, organized, able to schedule their week efficiently, have excellent problem-solving skills, and have great customer service. This position is based out of our New York City location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reliability and Punctuality: Being dependable in responding to service calls and adhering to schedules.
• Working with the events team to successfully execute an event, including load in and load out.
• Manage servicing of Photobooths in your region.
• Administer changes of paper and ink.
• Conduct regular booth maintenance and cleanings.
• Assist in the installation of placement booths.
• Engage in weekly meetings with the supervisor.
• Manage and prioritize the support ticket pipeline in Hubspot effectively.
• Contribute constructive feedback and suggestions to management for the improvement of our technical support operations in terms of quality, efficiency, and efficacy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an on-call or field service role.
• Technical proficiency with computer hardware, operating systems, photographic equipment.
• Ability to maneuver 200lbs on a dolly without assistance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail in equipment servicing and maintenance.
• Experience with using various tools

Additional Requirements

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, as the job involves traveling to various locations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet servicing needs.
