Compensation:

$50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage/create all systems for clients, transaction/database management, and back-office support
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to clients and customers
  • Manage CRM, client database system
  • Manage/coordinate social media, marketing collateral, and event planning
  • Continue to take day-to-day office tasks away from the agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Obtain feedback from various showings and appointments
  • Manage, schedule, and coordinate the owner’s calendar and email
Qualifications:
  • We provide training, coaching, and abundant resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals
  • Key skills: Excellent communication skills, strong phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, a strong sense of urgency, and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Mandatory requirements: Team-oriented, learning-based, and able to work independently and make sound decisions without much oversight
  • Real estate experience is not required, but you must be open to obtaining a real estate license
