Excel Administrator

Residential contractor is searching for an Excel Administrator with construction experience. T his is a growing company with excellent opportunities for advancement!

Responsibilities:

• Using Excel : Creating and updating customized spreadsheets with complex calculations, multiple source sheets, extensive sorting, and reporting functions. Maintain and update all backup information within the source sheets on a continuous basis.

• Communicating with vendors : Corresponding with vendors for updating material costs. 

• Supporting the estimating team : Assisting with the prequalification of vendors and subcontractors, and providing general assistance to the estimating staff 

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years construction related experience.

· Minimum of 2 years extensive Microsoft Excel experience.

· Must be proficient with Excel and utilizing multiple source sheets, (individual detailed spreadsheets which feed to each other and to the destination sheet, or summary page)

· Revit and/or Sketchup experience a plus. 

Compensation :

· $50,000+, based on experience. 

· Excellent benefits package
