We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Event Planner to join our team in the nonprofit industry. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate events. You will play a critical role in creating memorable experiences that drive business success and enhance our brand image. This position requires a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, design, and execute corporate events such as conferences, meetings, seminars, and other events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
2. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective service provision.
3. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
4. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms for event services.
5. Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, food, drinks, etc.)
6. Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
8. Handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as an event planner or organizer.
2. Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events).
3. Excellent time management and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office and event management software.
7. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of urgency.
8. Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
9. Degree in hospitality management, public relations, or relevant field is preferred.
