Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Events
Location: Hybrid role at - Valencia, CA

HYBRID Position, 3 required days (T, W, TH) onsite, in Valencia.
Type :
Contract – High possibility of conversion to perm

Duration : 12+ Months

Description:

Pacific Time Day hours - 9-6pm, flexible on start/end

Primary focus is providing moderately complex administrative support for individuals and/or department. Works under general supervision and receives detailed instructions only for new assignment

Responsibilities:

  • Register meetings through Cvent and create websites
  • Reconcile budget with Global meetings management
  • Internal show budget reconciliation
  • Payments to vendors
  • Meeting card reconciliation
  • Maintain conference calendar
  • Maintain teams’ folders
  • Submit commercial sponsorship request and track payments
  • Maintenance of tracking conference spreadsheet
  • General administrative duties

Required:

  • High School degree required.
  • Previous Administration Assistant experience is a must
  • Must have strong Excel and Microsoft skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills

Preferred

  • Prefer previous trade show or event experience
  • Cvent software or similar software experience a plus
