Position Overview:
As a Car Sales Representative, you will be the face of our dealership, providing top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors. You will earn $17 per hour, plus lucrative bonuses for every vehicle you sell. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, has a knack for sales, and is driven by success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our inventory, including vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives with customers, answering any questions they may have about the vehicle.
• Documentation: Prepare and review sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the sales team and management to meet dealership goals.
