Hiring Salary: $4,288-$5,002per month plus a competitive benefits package including a paid family health insurance plan, paid leave (annual leave, sick leave, and 10 paid holidays), retirement plan options, tuition reimbursement, work-life balance/flexibility, an infant-at-work program, and more.
This position is a Monday-Friday day position that is in the
Bismarck Office and is eligible for Remote Work. Summary of Work The Employer Education Program Specialist assists in the development and ongoing maintenance of employee utilization of the Learning Management System for employers who have an account with WSI.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day activity of the Learning Management System
- Assisting with enhancements to the Learning Management System
- Hold educational sessions throughout North Dakota communities on Loss Control programs and offerings
- Facilitate Safety & Health online/in-person educational sessions
- Conduct online/in-person educational sessions on WSI, Loss Control, Safety & Health topics.
- Assist with the creation of web-based training videos/pre-recorded training
- Content development and materials including newsletter articles, PowerPoint presentations, and Website materials.
- Assist in content development for Safety Alerts
- Field employer calls and email inquiries
- Solicit feedback on education sessions
- Maintain and order marketing materials and supply inventory
Minimum Qualifications - Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Education Technology, Communications, or another related field
- Five years of work experience in training and education or a similar role will substitute for the education requirement
- A valid driver's license is required
