Job Overview: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. Are you a foodie? Outgoing? Motivated? Innovative and creative? The Digital Media Coordinator will work closely with our Senior Digital Media Manager to create engaging content across various digital platforms and executing paid media campaigns primarily on Google and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). In this role, you'll spend 75% of your time focused on content creation, including social media posts and multimedia content. The remaining 25% will involve managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation (75%):

  • Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice, messaging, and target audience.
  • Within brand guidelines and standards, write, shoot and edit high-quality, engaging content for a variety of digital channels, including social media, websites and more.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia assets to complement written content.
  • Crafting posts, curating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content to optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging content formats.

Paid Media Campaigns (25%):

  • Assist with management and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and collaborate on targeting strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Partner with copywriter to craft engaging, impactful messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including budget, spend, click-through rates (CTR), conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on ad performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and/or paid media management.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Solid understanding of content creation for social media and multimedia formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in concepting, shooting and editing video content including use of video production equipment and software.
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve content and ad performance.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of video editing and multimedia content creation.
