Job Description
In and Out Mobile Auto Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and skilled Auto Detailer to join our team. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience in polishing and paint correction, and a commitment to delivering top-quality service. This role includes both shop-based work in Manassas Park and mobile detailing services, so flexibility to work in various outdoor weather conditions is essential. As a bonus, detailers receive tips daily, adding to the earning potential of this role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality detailing services, including polishing and paint correction
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace both in the shop and at mobile locations
• Work efficiently in different weather conditions
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Multi-task and manage time effectively to handle multiple jobs in a day
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in auto detailing, especially in polishing and paint correction, is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, responsible, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform detailing work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
