Job Title: Creative Project Manager Location: Austin, TX (Hybridf) Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of extension Pay rate: $60.28/hr on W2 + Mindsource benefits Description: The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, and show a proactive approach to solving problems. Duties could include sourcing, collating and providing information, building and updating Keynote templates, managing agendas and schedules, coordinating meetings and video conference calls, ensuring files are on time and in the right location, other miscellaneous tasks. Support will include coordinating cross-functional meetings across various locations, ensuring great communication and collaboration. You will also plan and support multiple team events and meetings, bringing creativity and attention to detail to team needs and activities. Qualifications Proficiency in Numbers and Keynote Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and tact when interacting with senior executives and team members Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment Coordination of initiatives; communication, tracking and documentation of deliverables within timeline, and preparation of project updates MindSource
