Walsh is looking for Senior Project Managers who can facilitate the work of others. A motivator who can build a culture of flexible productivity. Senior Project Managers that accomplish more than others because they plan their work, and then work their plans.

Responsibilities

1. Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects
2. Actively participate in the design and execution of project safety and quality control activities
3. Assume responsibility for project staffing and budgetary controls
4. Assist in the bid package development, pre-qualification activities, and budget preparation
5. Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate answers to RFIs
6. Analyze risk and define schedule-related issues, including analysis of long lead materials or equipment which may impact cash flow
7. Maintain relationships with customers
8. Analyze and present project delivery approaches, develop alternative approaches and facilitate implementation
9. Oversee project close-out and claim resolution
10. Serve as the primary contact for senior leadership relative to critical business initiatives

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience
2. Skillful in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationships
3. Waste Water/Water Treatment/Water Project Experience highly preferred

Salary range: $174,000 - $290,000 / Yr.
