About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead financial excellence and strategy in a high-growth environment. The visionary CFO will be responsible for driving the company's financial success, with a strong focus on complex financial management, including stock redemption planning and trust accounts. The role demands a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior finance position, a CPA designation, and expertise in multi-policy invoicing within relevant industries. Technical skills required include a strong knowledge of AMS 360 software, proficiency in budgeting tools and ERP systems, and expertise in financial reporting and analysis, particularly in the context of managing financial operations across multiple locations.
In addition to the technical aspects, the CFO will be a key leader in the organization, with a proven ability to restructure finance and accounting teams, and experience in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Sales, and Operations. The successful candidate will also be well-versed in compliance, with the ability to manage audits, financial reviews, 401K audits, and S-corp tax preparation. Overseeing financial software systems and ensuring operational efficiency is a critical part of the role.
